My journey to success has been anchored in a clear vision and purpose - I am dedicated to creating businesses that make a positive impact. Through this mission I help businesses align their operations with their values.
I help people build sustainable businesses and work with business owners, entrepreneurs, hobbyists, and leaders wanting to create purpose.
I am also an author, speaker, business owner and entrepreneur – who sometimes struggles with shiny things. Which is why I created this retreat.

You will learn simple actionable strategies to build your business. Including, goal setting, strategic planning, operational efficiency, marketing, team development, sustainable business practices. We review your offers, pricing, business model and marketing strategies, and show you simple systems to support your business operations.
What is the format of the program?
The Empire Builders Mastermind program format is delivered over 3-day business mastermind (which includes accommodation, food and all beverages). The 3-day program incorporates immersive sessions and workshops taillored to the participants.
After the 3-days, participants are invited to join our group coaching (6-hours), a book a 1:1 strategy session with Jenni to review their goals and actions.
All materials, resources and a comprehensive workbook are provided.
Where is the program held?
The location varies; please check the latest event details on our website for specific information. We have previously held workshops at Cababreak luxury accommodation in Cabarita Beach, NSW; luxury apartments on the Gold Coast, and Carindale, QLD.
How much does it cost to attend?
The program is AUD4,995 ex GST, and includes the 3-day workshop, 1:1 and group coaching sessions. We offer an early bird price also.
Payment can be made in full, or instalments over 3-months
Is accommodation included?
YES! Luxury accommodation, food and beverages are included for the face-to-face mastermind/retreat.
Will I receive ongoing support after the program?
Yes, attendees gain access to ongoing resources and support even after the program concludes. The program includes 6 hours of group coaching and a 1:1 session with Jenni. Additional coaching packages can be added later.
